God, I love my children. This morning amongst the craziness of the day, I managed to sit and eat my bagel, while Baby Magoo slept on me and I checked the blogs I like to read and keep up with. Mr. Magoo was busy getting ready for the day and Little Magoo came running to me with a book, trying to wedge himself in the little space that was left on the couch near my body.
I quickly stopped what I was doing and scooted over as much as I could without smoothing the other babe and helped Little Magoo onto that small stretch of space.
“There’s always room for you next to me…”, I said to him as he curled his body next to mine and I fumbled with the pages of his book, my arm wrapped around him so he wouldn’t fall.
So true. There is ALWAYS room for my babies. As I read the story of P.J. Funnybunny to him, I looked at the Love I was holding in my arms. Baby Magoo strewn out over my lap and spilling onto Little Magoo’s legs as Little Magoo rested his hand on his brother’s body. Such Love I held in my arms, the warmth of their little bodies nestled close to mine, making my heart want to burst.
They both make me so proud of the way they are growing, every single day.
This is so sweet. I already loved that photo, but your story today sums it all up. XO!
